TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute an agreement with the Law Offices of Russell G. Petti, in the matter entitled, "Insurance Co. of the State of Pennsylvania, et al., vs. City of Long Beach, et al.," Case No. CV04-8650 ER (Rzx).

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Law Offices of Russell G. Petti for an additional $100,000.00, not to exceed $195,000.00, in order that they may continue to represent the City's interests in the above-entitled case.

Approve recommendation.
