Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute any and all documents necessary for the Agreement with the Wyland Foundation for refurbishing the marine life mural, "Planet Ocean," on the exterior wall of the Arena at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center located at 300 East Ocean Boulevard.
