DISCUSSION

Margaret Sellers has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach.  The Economic Development and Finance Committee on July 12, 2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise and Release; and vocational rehabilitation settlement by the City and Margaret Sellers.
