Recommendation to receive and file report on travel to Sacramento, CA on May 18, 2016.
DISCUSSION
On May 18, 2016, I traveled to Sacramento with Mayor Robert Garcia for meetings regarding SB 1472, which would add two new seats to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) Board of Directors, and to discuss how Long Beach can have a voice on the Metro Board.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact with the filing of this report.
