TITLE
Recommendation to request City Attorney to prepare an amendment to the Salary Resolution for Fiscal Year 2012.
DISCUSSION
This letter is a request to amend the Salary Resolution to reflect a change to several of the City Prosecutor's classifications. This requested change will not affect the City Prosecutor's budget. Attachment A summarizes the proposed change to the Salary Resolution.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council approval of this request for the preparation of an amendment to Salary Resolution has been placed on the March 20, 2012 agenda to ensure implementation of the planned classification change in a timely manner.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no significant fiscal impact from the requested amendment. The amendment will be supported from current appropriations.
