TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute an agreement with legal counsel Rutan & Tucker, LLP, in the matter entitled, Long Beach Unified School District v. City of Long Beach, et al., LASC Case No. BS104281.

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the law firm of Rutan & Tucker, LLP, for an additional $150,000.00, in order that they may continue to represent the City's interests in the above-entitled case.
