DISCUSSION
On February 2 - 4, 2007, I attended the Independent Cities Association Conference in Santa Barbara, CA.
The Independent Cities Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, public benefit corporation that was established in 1961 by the full service cities in Southern California to represent the interests of the member cities collectively.
I found the conference to be very informative in areas such as public safety in the community and on school campuses.
