TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file the application of Angiolino Picarelli, dba Cirivello's Restaurant and Sports Bar, dropping a partner from an On-Sale General Alcoholic Beverage Control License for bonafide eating place, at 4115 Viking Way, with existing conditions. (District 5)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses. This Dropping Partner application is placed on the Consent Calendar for your information only: conditions that were placed on the original license continue to be enforceable. Additional information and a map are attached.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will finalize this transfer on November 24, 2005. Accordingly, City Council action is required at the November 22, 2005 City Council meeting.
