TITLE

DISCUSSION

On December 9, 2004 Plaintiff tripped and fell on a sidewalk on Olive Street in Long Beach and sustained a fractured right knee and elbow.  As a result of the accident, Plaintiff incurred medical expenses.

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
