TITLE

DISCUSSION

Kenneth Ciarelli has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Government and Personnel Attorney Client Committee Meeting on February 16, 2021, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise and Release in the amount of $65,000.00 by the City and Kenneth Ciarelli.
