TITLE
Recommendation to authorize City Attorney to submit Stipulations with Requests for approval by the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and if so approved, authority to pay $16,277.50 for claim of Katherine Bussi, $58,862.50 for claim of John Jacobs, and $11,280 for claim of Adelina Pelc in compliance with the Appeals Board Orders.
DISCUSSION
Katherine Bussi has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on August 23,2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Katherine Bussi, based upon a 25 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
John Jacobs has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on August 23,2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Mr. Jacobs, based upon a 60 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
Adelina Pelc has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on August 23,2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Ms. Pelc, based upon a 20 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
