TITLE
Recommendation to City Council to concur in the recommendation of the State Legislation Committee to receive and adopt the communications regarding the 2008 State Legislative Agenda.
DISCUSSION
The State Legislation Committee, at its meeting held Wednesday, February 13, 2008, considered communications relative to the above subject.
It is the recommendation of the State Legislation Committee to the City Council that the communications be received and adopted.

Approve recommendation.
