TITLE

full settlement of lawsuit entitled Inge Mastrangelo v. City of Long Beach, et al.

DISCUSSION

On December 9, 2004, plaintiff trip and fell at or near 5337 Keynote Street. Plaintiff fractured her hand and underwent surgery for a partially torn tendon on her foot.

After extensive discussions between the parties, a settlement of $1 5,000 was reached with plaintiff.

Approve recommendation.
