DISCUSSION

James Fetner has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on September 20, 2016, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of two Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and James Fetner, based upon 1) a 44 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 2) a 13 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

 

Ronald Knopp has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on September 20, 2016, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of three Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Ronald Knopp, based upon 1) a 12 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, 2) a 53 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 3) a 64 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical

care as may be necessary.

 

Mark Swanson has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on September 20, 2016, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Mark Swanson, based upon a 37 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
