TITLE

DISCUSSION
Clarence Dotson has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Deve:opment and Finance Committee on June 19, 2007 approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of two Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Clarence Dotson, based upon 1) a 76 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 2) a 5 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
 
Julia Walling has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on June 19, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Julia Walling, based upon a 53 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
 
Ernest Williams has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on June 19, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Ernest Williams, based upon a 58 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
