DISCUSSION
Ernest Gonzales has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on May 15, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of 1) Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Ernest Gonzales, based upon a 99.75 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary and 2) a $10,000.00 buy-out of vocational rehabilitation benefits by the City and Ernest Gonzales.
 
Wayne Marshall has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on May 22, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Wayne L. Marshall based upon a 54 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
 
Robert Mc Donnell has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on May 15, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Robert Mc Donnell, based upon 1) a 71 percent disability rating, and 2) a further provision for a Life Pension at the rate of $85.04 per week after the permanent disability has been fully paid. Finally, there would be a provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
 
John Starbird has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on May 15, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and John Starbird, based upon (1) a 84 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and (2) a $92.77 per week life pension and (3) a $10,000.00 buyout of vocational rehabilitation benefits.
 
Raymond Stitley has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on May 15, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Raymond Stitley, based upon a 65 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
