Authorize City Manager (i) to enter into an agreement with ARINC, Incorporated for an estimated amount of $350,000, plus a 15 percent contingency of $52,500, if necessary, to design, project manage, and install additional cameras required by the TSA, and (ii) to execute any necessary amendments; and
