1.  Review and update previous parking studies;
2.  Approach private parking lot owners to determine if opportunities exist
to lease parking lots at various times of the day;
3.  Develop an analysis of the costs, benefits and impacts associated with
a shuttle service between beach/marina parking lots and 2nd street;
and
4.  Hire a design specialist to review the City’s existing parking lots in
