Increase appropriations in the General Grants Fund (SR 120) in the Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Communications Department (DC) by $90,000, in the General Grants Fund (SR 120) in the Fire Department (FD) by $405,000, in the General Grants Fund (SR 120) in the Health and Human Services Department (HE) by $65,000, and in the General Grants Fund (SR 120) in the Police Department (PD) by $265,000, offset by grant revenue.
