Request City Attorney to prepare an ordinance amending Title 21 of the Long Beach Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) to: (1) repeal Title 21.60, Division IV - Voluntary Incentive Program to Create Housing for Very Low- and Low-Income Households, and (2) Adopt a new Citywide mandatory incentive-based Inclusionary Housing program based on policy components recommended by staff, as modified by the Planning Commission.
